GRAPHIC DESIGN
I've been designing graphics for web & print use since sometime around 98'. I love clean minimal design that intrigues a brand's audience. I have extensive experience targeting audiences through visual design that can relate to a brand's audience. Currently I design graphics with Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, and Adobe InDesign CC.
PHOTOGRAPHY
I shoot photographs and videos professionally with a Canon EOS R5, Canon EOS R6 Mark II, and a Canon EOS R50. I prefer to shoot action and anything that's fast moving particularly Surfing and any action sport. I’m one of the few people who can shoot while riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle in excess of a 100mph if needed to capture real “Motion Blur”, there is no substitute for real Motion Blur. If you need to create some content for your brand, I got you covered. I prefer the Canon colors over the other brands, something special about the way Canon photographs and videos look.
PACKAGING DESIGN
I have a huge passion for consumer product design and find myself constantly examining each product I purchase looking for fresh design ascetics. From my own personal experiences, I know how important a product's design is considering occasionally I’ve made purchase decisions based purely on the design of the product.
WEBSITE DESIGN
I started hand coding websites back in 1998 when Google launched it's IPO and dial-up internet were still the standard and I haven't looked back since. Nowdays I prefer to design websites using Squarespace, WordPress, WebFlow or Adobe Muse just because of how much time this web-design software saves. I enjoy using a content management system that improves my workflow and overall productivity while still having access to the back-end for hand coding custom design features. Currently I find Squarespace to be the most intuitive and user friendly for the end client. I'm also familiar with Magento, HTML5 markup & CSS3 styling fundamentals. I'm also a Squarespace Circle member which gives me access to special tools, advanced features, backend functions, special pricing, and the ability to beta test new backend features before they're made public.
EMAIL MARKETING
Every successful business needs to keep in touch with their customer base. This is where I come in handy with some really great design and open rates. Email marketing is excellent when you properly manage a healthy subscriber list combined with exceptional design. I prefer to design custom email newsletters with the occasional animation to keep it interesting. I typically design custom assets for use within MailChimp, Marketo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc... and most major (EDM) campaign managers which ultimately help increase campaign productivity.
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING
I've managed paid corporate Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram campaigns. I have extensive experience working inside the ad management software of each one. I'm also very familiar with Facebook's advertising targeting system and know how to reach a relevant audience while measuring return on ad spend with conversion pixels.
SEM/PPC MARKETING
I'm currently a Google Partner in addition to my Google AdWords Certifications. I'm very familiar with Google AdWords and know my way around the software quite well. I manage client marketing accounts in excess of a million dollars in monthly advertising spend. In addition I know how to manage and keep a corporate Google AdWords account healthy with a profitable return on advertising spend. Whether you're a small or large corporation and you need to increase your online sales and gain more foot traffic to your small local business, I'm the person that can make that a reality through digital advertising within any size advertising budget.
MOTORCYCLES
I've been riding motorcycles since I was a kid in the 80's and started off racing motocross and transitioned into Harley-Davidson motorcycles. I'm a third generation Harley-Davidson rider and continue the family tradition. Motorcycle riding inspires my creativity while connecting me to nature in the same way surfing connects me to the ocean. Harley-Davidson motorcycles offer the most enjoyable riding experience in existence and a brand culture unlike any other since 1903. The feeling you get from riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle is indescribable.
SURFING
I've been Surfing since the day I could walk practically. My entire family grew up Surfing in San Clemente, California since my grandparents moved here in 1956 from Sundsvall, Sweden. Surfing is a significant part of my regular everyday life and more than just a hobby or sport. Surfing is more of a lifestyle and a way of living your life in tune with nature. I've surfed just about every beach from Mexico all the way up to the Oregon coastline and some hidden spots in between the California coast. I love to experiment and ride all kinds of different shaped boards and prefer to surf my home breaks in San Clemente often. Although, I do enjoy a good surf trip here and there.
